Avery's Dress

I started and finished Avery's dress today. Well, I did the pattern tracing and some of the cutting yesterday. It went together so much better than Riley's dress. I guess the first one is always a pain.
I actually like this one better then I like Riley's. The fabric was uber-cheap too, since I bought it at Hobby Lobby. They have coordinating fabric grouped together there, so I just grabbed four adjacent fabrics and left. The fabric was 30% off to boot. Not too shabby...
...however, Avery objects to the use of striped fabric. She does not like the dress. I had to beg her to put it on for the pictures. The little turd said "I don't wike some of the fabwics. I don't wike stwipes!" As if she didn't LOVE stripes a month ago. The next skirt I have planned for her has stripes too, so she'd better get over it fast!
